10 Things Which Makes Your Day Beautiful
1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up 2. Remember the greater goal of your life 3. Exercise: A healthy body is an important asset. Make sure that you do some form of exercise or yoga in thr morning to feel fresh. 4. Make a list of the top 3-5 things that you want to do today 5. Eat the right food (lots of fruits and vegetables) in smaller chunks 6. Use the time break rule: Work for 30 min and take a 5 min break OR work for 50 min and take a 10 min break 7. Forget your past issues and live the day fresh so as to get one step closer to your goal 8. Thank God for what he has given and work harder to achieve the set vision 9. Meditate and connect with yourself 10. Have a good sleep
