Don't run behind losing weight

See around you...... Everyone is so worried about their weight. They keep talking about how many pounds they have put on, issues with not enough time for workout, and so on. Even when they start the workout, the only intention is to lose weight and they then become cautious of what they are eating and what workout sessions they are doing - which in their mind is set as temporary. When I say that I mean, they think that these changes are only for a certain period of time and they can then resume to the diet, they have been on for years. It does not happen this. If your mind is already set that these changes are temporary then you will not be able to stay fit for long. The intention should never be to lose weight but to have a healthy lifestyle. You need to make a change and that should be a permanent one. it is indeed a lifestyle change.
