comprehensive and inspiring guide how to be a better team player

A comprehensive guide how to improve the relations within your team and work more effectively as an individual. The author divided her book into eleven chapters written in the same form – she first describes the problem, then advises a few exercises to improve the situation. She writes in a straightforward and interesting way giving a lot of examples from real life and her own experience as a couch. Cartoons sketched by her sons added to the personal character of the book. What’s good is that most of exercises are not time-consuming and can be easily done alone or in a group – without a couch’s assistance. Becoming a magic team – as she presents it – does not require any super effort but only a little change in habits and attitudes which in time will appear to be beneficial for our work and time-saving. To some people the whole book may appear to be banal and the author’s pieces of advice intuitive and trivial but I think it’s still helpful to read it even as a remainder of simple truths how to work in a team efficiently and without troubles.
