A former editor of Penthouse magazine, Graham Masterton turned to horror fiction with "The Manitou" in 1976, which sold 1/2 million copies in 6 months and was filmed with Tony Curtis playing the lerad role. "The Manitou" was also then first Western horror novel to be published in Poland after the end of communism. Graham Masterton has gone on to write over 100 novels and collections of short stories, as well as a series of best selling sex manuals, such as "How to Drive Your Man Wild in Bed". He is now writing a series of crime novels set in Ireland where he and hid late wife Wiescka used to live. He is a frequent visitor to Poland where he supports a children's home in Gorzec and also children's charities in Wroclaw. His story Beholder is about a child who definitely needs help!
